Shipping Policy – Nature Pure Remedies

At Nature Pure Remedies, we aim to deliver your favorite natural products safely and on time.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days) – Free on orders over $50

  • Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days) – Available at checkout for an additional cost

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. (We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.)

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can easily follow your delivery status.

Delays & Issues:
We work hard to ensure timely deliveries, but weather conditions or courier delays may occasionally occur. If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at pureremedy7@gmail.com
 and we’ll make it right.

Missing Packages:
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please allow 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or your local carrier office before contacting us.
