DIY Elderberry Honey Gummies
Makes ~30 gummies . 15 min + chill
Ingredients
- 1 cup elderberry syrup (store-bought, or homemade - see our elderberry syrup recipe)
- 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 1 tbsp Elderberry Honey (added off heat)
Method
- Warm the elderberry syrup gently in a saucepan (do not boil).
- Whisk in the gelatin, one spoon at a time, until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in the Elderberry Honey.
- Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate 1-2 hours until set.
- Pop out and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
