DIY Elderberry Honey Gummies

Ingredients

Method

  1. Warm the elderberry syrup gently in a saucepan (do not boil).
  2. Whisk in the gelatin, one spoon at a time, until fully dissolved and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in the Elderberry Honey.
  4. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate 1-2 hours until set.
  5. Pop out and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
